The Middle East has 14 countries, at the crossroads of Asia, Africa and Europe: Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, the Gulf emirates (United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Yemen.
